So things may not be as bad as I thought they were. (Yeah, I know… I tend to panic and think, “The motherboard is falling!” first.) It MIGHT be my cpu cooling system.
Angel (the computer) used a liquid cooling system, and it looks like that’s not working anymore. To replace that is being quite the challenge, though… it’s pricey. Going to a regular CPU fan is cheaper but none are sold nearby. The store nearby wants about $150 or so to replace the part. And of course there’s the chance I’m wrong about what’s wrong.
Gotta tell you guys I feel like the wicked witch in The Wizard of Oz: I’m melting! Melllttttinnggg… because I was on a roll over here and now I can’t do squat.
