A public update for everyone.
The husband lost his job. This was a blow to us, of course, and while I was determined not to let it stop my plans it did slow them down. I had to take on work again and set things back to slow motion like before. Come this Monday morning the husband goes in to his new job, so all may be well but the slow down was annoying. Just plain annoying.
While trying to get back into Demonkeeper’s Daughter, I realized that I keep forgetting Asher’s eye color. I had to remedy that. Making character portraits as I work is one of my things – Black Wolf Silver Fox has a few portraits in it as a matter of fact – so I decided to work on that. Here is the result: Asher in all his strawberry blonde glory.
